RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 5 days of receipt. For your protection, we recommend that you use insured FedEx, UPS or other Parcel Post for shipment of returns. Items must be received in excellent condition and properly packed.

Call 703-933-9223 for a return authorization number. Upon receipt of the items with the attached return authorization number, we will send you the refund. Refunds cannot be processed for items that are returned in poor condition and not insured.
