BILLING POLICY

Payment is made to Art Heavens.com. Pay pal and all credit cards accepted. Checks and money orders has to be mailed with a copy of the order if possible, to Art Heavens.com, 912 Jorss Place # 304. Herndon, VA 20170- U.S.A .

Once payment is received and cleared, Art Heavens will deliver your order as quickly as possible. Special delivery requests, (next day air,2 day air, etc.) are at the risk of the customer and are not guaranteed by Art Heavens. We will contact you and give you a shipping tracking number. Art Heavens, in most cases uses UPS to ship. The link with your tracking number that you receive will connect you to the UPS tracking system which will allow you to watch the progress of your package until it is delivered.

If your package is received damaged, please contact Art Heavens immediately upon arrival of the damage package. We will instruct you on the procedure to replace and return the damaged package.
